Dear Mr. Hoppes,
I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the employees at Mutual Savings branch in Oskaloosa. I am co-chair person for the Oskaloosa Old Settler's Reunion, which is a sub-committee of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. The Reunion is a three day event held the last weekend in June. This year we celebrated a huge milestone; our 110th year.
We needed to move our financial accounts to another institution. Previously, there had been some issues at the last institution we dealt with. I approached Tina Guerra to see if Mutual would be interested in taking over the account. The duties included setting up the account, taking deposits from different groups and vendors, write and deliver checks for bills, expenses, etc. and have several change bags ready for booths and events for each day of the reunion. Tina agreed to take on the project and be an authorized signer on the account. Personal Banker, Erika Noll, took charge of organizing not only the account, but the many other duties included in the project.
Within two weeks, everything was so wonderfully organized. Spreadsheets were made and lists were compiled. It was wonderful as a chairperson to know they had taken on such a BIG JOB for the festival. Everything was done very thoroughly and professionally. What a GREAT relief!!
I think it is important to always praise the efforts of those who deserve it. Your employees at the Oskaloosa branch deserve such praise. I am currently a client of Mutual Savings and a local resident that will gladly refer friends and family to Mutual Savings.
